Due to the uniqueness of a salon
suites environment, we may be performing a service and the door will be closed when you arrive. It is important to personally
greet our clients, so please, if the in-service sign is on the door, go to Jaces Design, Suite 30
and Terri will be happy to help you.
If
this is your first service, please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete
the necessary client history and consent forms prior to your service.
Consultation and skin analysis are essential elements of skin care, so we
appreciate your arriving on time for your services. We realize delays
are not always avoidable, however, your service time may have to be
shortened to prevent encroaching on our next client's schedule time.
If
you have to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request a 48-hour
notice so another client can take advantage of our services. No shows
will be charged for the missed service before another appointment can be
made.
Please inform us during the consultation portion of your service if your
medical condition, prescriptions, allergies, or other medical information
have changed since your last visit. Some services may be
contraindicated.
Gift
Certificates are available. We
honor cash, in-state personal checks, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard. Checks returned for
insufficient funds will be charged $35 per check.
